My leadership approach focuses on building strong, high-performing teams by developing future leaders and creating clear, measurable processes that enable organizational growth. I’ve successfully led cross-functional teams in multiple industries, streamlined operations, and driven initiatives that resulted in measurable improvements in efficiency and team satisfaction.
I've had the opportunity to work on some amazing projects with great team members. The projects highlighted here represent the items I'm most proud of spearheading.
Standardizing the Contracting Process
Challenge: Centralizing information and standardizing processes to improve access to data for a remote organization.
Solution: Implemented systems to address inefficiencies, including:
HR Dashboard to track key personnel metrics for better decision-making.
Client Contract System for centralized contract management, resource approvals, and improved visibility.
Vendor Contract System to monitor and streamline vendor agreement management.
Intranet development to consolidate key communications, processes, and documentation.

Improving Team Member Lifecycle
Challenge: Enhancing the team member experience at Levelwing to reduce voluntary turnover and improve satisfaction.
Solution: As Director of Operations, I partnered with key stakeholders to develop and document standard operating procedures for the team member lifecycle. This included refining the job requisition process, overhauling onboarding, streamlining performance management, outlining the promotions cycle, and optimizing separation processes. Using Six Sigma methodologies, these improvements led to a significant reduction in voluntary turnover and 80%+ positive feedback in team member 90-day surveys.

Documenting Management Standards
Challenge: Developing consistent management standards to reinforce the organizational vision, mission, and values while fostering a culture of excellence.
Solution: Created a comprehensive document outlining clear management expectations for leaders at all levels. This initiative focused on aligning team management practices, standardized performance management processes, and defining manager-level accountability to uphold and drive cultural excellence.

Junior Leader Development
Challenge: Preparing high-potential team members for supervisory roles to build a strong leadership pipeline and improve retention.
Solution: Designed a 10-week Emerging Leaders Program for young professionals, including goal setting, coaching, and building trust. The program led to a 93% retention rate for program alums, demonstrating its success in fostering a committed leadership team and sustaining organizational growth.
Operations Refinement
Projects are only as good as the coordination and planning that goes into them. In each role and in each organization I've been part of, I've met with stakeholders, tracked assets, and planned the final delivery of some amazing events, put on by members of amazing teams.

Sapper Leader Course Best Sapper
Challenge: Coordinating a high-risk, multi-day competition to identify the Army’s top combat engineers while ensuring the safety and efficiency of all participants and support staff.

My responsibilities included executing all competition-related communications, including the BSC website, risk assessments and mitigation for each testing site, coordinating logistics and timelines for 300 support personnel, 40 vehicles, and 50 competitors, and managing the operations center to track scoring, participant locations, and resources. Solution: During my tenure in UT Arlington Marketing Communications, I supported the production of 18 magazines and 2 annual reports highlighting key university initiatives. As project manager I tracked and scheduled all photography assignments and collaborated with design teams to ensure high-quality visuals. Additionally, I partnered with multimedia and web design teams to create engaging digital content for the online versions of these publications, effectively amplifying the university's accomplishments and driving record-breaking donor engagement, while being recognized by the Council for the Advancement of Secondary Education.

Challenge: Sharing the founder’s journey of opening Raising Cane’s first restaurant to inspire leaders and reinforce the company’s core values.
Solution: I worked with the founder to produce a 17-minute documentary highlighting his leadership style and the dedication behind starting the restaurant. My role included developing the narrative, creating a production timeline, crafting interview questions, and overseeing editing and production. The final film captured the founder’s vision and set a standard of excellence for managers and leaders across the company.
Project Management

Keeping the organizational team engaged builds culture. Fostering engagement with the customer drives revenue. I've been lucky enough to do both in every organization I've been a part of.

Challenge: Managing high-profile live events to engage students, donors, and community members while maintaining brand consistency and delivering impactful messages.
Solution: At UT Arlington, I served as the primary project manager for over 70 live events featuring celebrity speakers such as Anderson Cooper, James Franco, John Legend, and Soledad O'Brien. I oversaw technical direction, logistical coordination, and show flow planning, ensuring seamless execution and brand consistency. These events, ranging from a few hundred to over 7,000 attendees, included 700+ video assets and show graphics, successfully connecting with diverse audiences and elevating the university's reputation.

I also supervised the editing of recap videos to amplify key messages post-event. These efforts reinforced company culture and operational alignment, contributing to a 20% lift in overall revenue for six months following each conference.
